EULA - End User License Agreement

1. Evaluation Version License

By receiving and/or using the ZipScan software ("The Software"), you accept the following Evaluation Version User Agreement. This agreement is a binding legal agreement between Adrian Bhagat ("The Author") and the purchasers, users, evaluators or testers of The Author's software and products. If you do not intend to honour this agreement, you should remove ZipScan from your computer.

This Licence Agreement applies only to evaluation versions of ZipScan. Other Agreements apply to Full and Beta versions of The Software.

2. Evaluation Version Distribution

This Evaluation version of ZipScan may be freely distributed, provided that:

1. Such distribution includes only the original archive supplied by The Author. You may not alter, delete or add any files in the distribution archive.

2. The limited evaluation nature of the software is not misrepresented.

3. No money is charged to the person receiving the software.
3. Evaluation Version User Agreement

3.1. Evaluation Version use

You may evaluate the Evaluation Version for maximum of twenty eight calendar days, after which you must purchase a Full Version from The Author or remove the software from your computer. You may allow other users to evaluate copies of the Evaluation Version. All Evaluation Version users are subject to the terms of this agreement.

3.2. Usage and distribution restrictions

The evaluator/user/buyer/owner/tester is not allowed to attempt to reverse engineer, disassemble or decompile The Author's Software and products.

3.3 Copyright restriction

All parts of The Author's software and products are copyright protected. No program, code, part, image, video clip, audio sample, text or computer generated sequence of images may be copied or used in any way by the user except as intended within the bounds of the single user program.

3.4. Limitation of responsibility

The evaluator/user/buyer/owner/tester of The Author's software will indemnify, hold harmless, and defend The Author against lawsuits, claims, costs associated with defence or accusations that result from the use of The Author's software.
The Author is not responsible for any damages whatsoever, including loss of information, interruption of business, personal injury and/or any damage or consequential damage without limitation, incurred before, during or after the use of our products.

This Agreement and any dispute relating to ZipScan or to this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. You agree and consent that jurisdiction and proper venue for all claims, actions and proceedings of any kind relating to The Author or the matters in this Agreement shall be exclusively in courts located in England and Wales. If any part or provision of this Agreement is held to be unenforceable for any purpose, including but not limited to public policy grounds, then you agree that the remainder of the Agreement shall be fully enforceable as if the unenforceable part or provision never existed. There are no third party beneficiaries of any promises, obligations or representations made by The Author herein.
